(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – McAllister & Quinn is excited to announce that Dr. Frank A. Boyd, political science and higher education expert with 26 years of experience, is joining McAllister & Quinn as Vice President in the Higher Education Practice in April.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Boyd served as the Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Inquiry in the Liberal Arts at Wabash College and Political Science professor. He also served as Provost and Academic Dean at Guilford College and has held other academic administrative positions at Illinois Wesleyan. Frank is a published scholar and has received private foundation grants for his work. He brings a wealth of experience to the Higher Education Practice, including serving as an external program reviewer on small and mid-sized colleges and presenting at numerous conferences on issues of shared governance on campuses.

Dr. Boyd received a BA from University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a PhD in political science from Emory University.
