Tori Foster serves as a Managing Director at McAllister & Quinn, where she advises nonprofit organizations and public agencies on securing federal, state, and private funding to advance mission‑critical priorities. In this role, she specializes in supporting clients with strategic planning efforts, grant research and proposal development, grant readiness training, and government affairs. Tori has helped clients secure more than $50 million in competitive grant awards.

Building on her extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations, Tori is particularly known for her work supporting K–12 school districts and educational agencies, including her leadership on the Greenlights Grant Initiative, a partnership with the Just Keep Livin Foundation that helped under‑resourced schools nationwide pursue school safety funding. Leveraging her expertise, she has presented at the AASA National Conference on Education for K–12 Superintendents and has been featured in ESEA Now, a national K–12 education policy news source.

Prior to her current role, Tori served as a Research Analyst and Nonprofit Fellow at McAllister & Quinn. Before joining the firm, she interned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, gaining experience in labor disputes and federal mediation through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit. She also participated in the Bank of America Student Leaders program, where she collaborated with local nonprofit organizations to develop a county‑wide youth engagement initiative.
