Rachel Edelstein

Research Analyst

Rachel Edelstein is a Research Analyst with the Higher Education practice at McAllister & Quinn. In this role, Rachel supports the firm’s Directors and Managing Directors by exploring grant and funding opportunities, reviewing client needs, and streamlining projects across the practice.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Rachel spent time as a Mentorship and Outreach Intern with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. She worked alongside youth, adult mentors, and other community stakeholders to enrich the mentorship experience and distribute resources across the Boston public school system. Rachel also has experience in higher education, working with Tufts University as a Teaching Assistant in the Community Health Department. In this role, Rachel aided both students and faculty with curriculum development, lesson planning, and individualized support. Additionally, Rachel has interned with The Women’s Fund of Miami-Dade, where she conducted legislative research and established community action items to elevate women’s health outcomes and economic opportunity in Miami.
