Mai Orsino serves as a Director of Grants for the firm’s Healthcare Practice. In this role, she supports healthcare clients by providing technical assistance in planning and managing grant-seeking services, focusing on identifying and securing funding opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Mai served as a Grants and Services Development Specialist at Centerstone, a community-based behavioral health system. In this role, she secured over $60 million in federal funding to support programs focused on youth overdose prevention, zero suicide initiatives, homelessness, and mental health and substance use treatment across Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. Mai brings extensive experience in developing and managing successful grant applications for agencies such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Mai holds an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and an MA in Political Science from the University of Memphis. A Memphis native, she now resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
