Madeliene Tweito is the Managing Director of Human Resources at McAllister & Quinn. She manages all HR-related strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, and retention. She leads the firm’s efforts in providing competitive compensation and total rewards, while establishing and maintaining policies & procedures in line with the industry’s best practices.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, she spent seven years with Foundation For The Carolinas, a non-profit organization and philanthropic leader in Charlotte, NC, where she held her last role as Vice President of Human Resources, supporting all HR functions for the core team, its initiatives, and subsidiaries.
Madeliene also spent nine years working in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she started her career and gained experience and knowledge in different disciplines of Human Resources for various industries such as construction, hospitality, property management & logistics.
Madeliene recently moved to Washington, DC with her husband Matt and their dog Larry. She was born & raised in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Santo Tomas, Manila.
