Jason Hois serves as a Director of Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn, where he supports the firm’s healthcare, higher education, associations, and advanced technology practices. In addition, he conducts substantive research and analysis on legislative and policy matters, develops written materials, monitors congressional and administration policy, tracks and evaluates relevant legislative and appropriations actions, and utilizes that information to help enhance government relations and grant-seeking efforts on behalf of clients. He also executes clients’ Capitol Hill advocacy activities and political fundraising activities.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Jason spent five years as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the law firm Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick. At Kellogg, Hansen, Jason worked on complex litigations and conducted legal research. Jason also worked as a Junior Associate at 50 State, LLC, where he provided strategic campaign data for corporate clients.

Jason holds a Master’s in Legislative Affairs from the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. He also holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Relations and Affairs.
