Katherine Williams is a Senior Managing Director in the Advanced Technology practice. She has worked with McAllister & Quinn for over a decade, managing teams to develop competitive proposals for state and federal funding opportunities. Katherine specializing in large complex grants, leading teams pursuing Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS and Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act funding opportunities. Katherine recently served as a project manager for a successful DOE H2Hub application, securing up to $1.2 billion for the client.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Katherine focused on strategic communications and public policy issues in Washington, DC.  At the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Katherine evaluated human capital improvement initiatives for the federal government. For the Brookings Institution, Katherine provided research and coordinated outreach and communication strategies for Governance Studies projects.
