Julie serves as a Project Manager at McAllister & Quinn. In her tenure at the firm, she has secured more than $6.5B for her clients. Julie excels at managing large multi-disciplinary teams under high pressure conditions.

Julie brings a wealth of experience working with research universities, hospital systems and private sector clients across the country. During her career, she has also secured wins from the Economic Development Administration (EDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Department of Defense (DOD).
Julie earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her Master of Public Policy from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs. She was a Hoover Fellow at Stanford University, and she is a Certified Mediator with Mediators Beyond Borders.
