Jennifer Fisher serves as a Managing Director at McAllister & Quinn. She works with clients in the healthcare sector to assess their organizational needs and assist them in finding funding opportunities that align with their internal priorities and goals.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Jennifer spent three years as a contracts and grants specialist at the American Institutes for Research, concentrating on sub-award and subcontract management, and worked as a pre-award sponsored projects analyst at George Washington University, providing second-level compliance review for proposals from a diverse portfolio of faculty. From 2011 to 2017, she was a senior grants administrator at George Mason University, where she led a pilot program to decentralize the sponsored research process within the university. She served as the primary point of contact for all proposals submitted through the College of Education and Human Development, providing support for proposal and budget development, as well as compliance review and submission through both the university’s Office of Sponsored Programs and various sponsor portals. She also worked closely with the college’s Associate Dean for Research to identify process improvements and research development strategies.

Jennifer holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Economic and Community Development from Virginia Tech. A native Kentuckian, she now lives in Manassas, Virginia, with her husband Ryan, son Jack, and rescue mutt Cora.
