As a Research Analyst within the Higher Education Practice at McAllister & Quinn, Ella Kiley supports the firm’s research and analytical needs by assisting directors with project management and identifying grant opportunities that align with clients’ needs.

Prior to joining the team at McAllister & Quinn, Ella worked as a sustainability analyst with Miller Brown Consulting, where she compiled federal funding opportunities for environmental-based initiatives and provided thorough research analyses of carbon management and relevant regulations. Before this, she offered her applied understanding of international policy and political affairs in her role as an international correspondent for the Organization for World Peace. In this position, Ella synthesized, summarized, and published complex research on global crises, policy, and conflict resolution. Ella graduated with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and International Politics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art.
