As an Operations & HR Administrator, Csilla supports the COO in the firm’s financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation. In addition, she manages payroll administration, corporate insurances, contract compliance review, all client invoicing.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Csilla spent one and a half years as Finance, Human Resources, and Office Operations Manager for an educational consulting firm. She managed all financial matters, including budget development, payroll, and financial reporting. She also oversaw Administration, Human Resources, Operations, and Customer Support.
Before this, she served as Director of Professional Services and was later promoted to CFO for Microprobes for Life Science.
As Director of Professional Services, she oversaw Administration, Human Resources, Procurement and Vendor Management, Sales, and Customer Support.
As CFO, her primary responsibilities included overseeing the company’s financial data and compliance, financial operations and accounting, and preparing required financial reports with cash flow projections.
Csilla was also the designated ISO 9001:2015 Quality Manager for Microprobes, which enabled her to collaborate with the third-party auditors to align company procedures and systems with industry best practices culminating in successful audits and ISO certification for Microprobes annually.
