Chris serves as Business Development Manager for McAllister & Quinn’s Higher Education practice. Chris partners closely with senior leadership to drive the practice’s strategic growth through targeted business development and marketing initiatives. 

Chris leads the development and execution of McAllister & Quinn’s annual business development strategy, manages outreach to new higher education markets and industries, and works with leadership in securing new business through strategic conversations with higher education leaders. Chris supports leadership in identifying higher education conference opportunities, along with leading marketing, branding, and outreach coordination for leadership when attending and sponsoring conferences. Chris also oversees collaboration with external higher education organizations through webinars and joint initiatives, helping clients and potential clients navigate the complex landscape of the federal grants application process. 

Chris plays a key role in content creation and brand promotion, including the development of marketing materials, social media content, and innovative strategies to enhance visibility and new client engagement He manages the practice’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to monitor lead generation and conversion and provides data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making. 

Chris leads high-impact client initiatives such as the annual McAllister & Quinn Government Relations Workshop and leads the higher education practice’s response efforts to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in pursuit of new business opportunities. 

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn in 2021, Chris worked as a part-time Policy Fellow for a small government affairs firm, and before that as an Account Manager at the real estate technology company, WeWork, in Washington D.C. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, where he majored in Peace and Conflict Studies and minored in Political Science. 

 
Chris has resided in Washington, D.C. since 2018 and is originally from the Philadelphia suburbs. He is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and is a proud dad to his Ukrainian rescue cat, Pippa.
