Brandon Rea serves as a Research Analyst, where he supports the firm’s healthcare, higher education, associations, and advanced technology practices. He conducts substantive research and analysis on legislative matters, develops written materials, monitors congressional and administration policy, tracks and evaluates relevant legislative and appropriations actions, and utilizes that information to help enhance government relations and grant-seeking efforts on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Brandon spent time on Capitol Hill as an Intern for Representative Henry Cuellar (TX-28). In this role, Brandon worked with staff in office administration, legislative research, constituent correspondence, and communications. At Texas A&M University, he worked on campus as a Visitor Center Student Intern, building relationships with prospective students and their families. As well, he interned with the Texas A&M University System’s Office of Federal Relations in Washington, DC, focusing on Higher Education policy and appropriations. Brandon graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Geography.
