As an Operations and Human Resources Assistant, Andre supports the Operations Administrator with the firm’s financial operations. This includes assistance with payroll administration, contract review & management, client services, client invoicing, and LDA filing.
In this role, Andre is also responsible for assisting the Managing Director of Human Resources with managing recruitment efforts, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other general HR functions of the core team. Throughout these efforts, he works closely with the firm’s leadership in various practices to ensure compliance and quality.
In 2023, Andre received his B.A. in Politics with a concentration in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Prior to graduating, Andre worked as a server at the Pink Grouse in Charlottesville, Virginia. From 2021-2022 he also served as the Social Chair for the Virginia Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Team, organizing events for the over 400-member team while competing throughout the United States.
