As a Director of Business Operations, Andre works closely with the COO and senior leadership to oversee the daily operations of our Washington, D.C based firm. Andre ensures compliance in contracting, lobbying, and general operations. He supports innovations in both internal and external client services, evaluates and promotes efficiency, and coordinates effective strategies across the firm. Throughout, he focuses on both growing McAllister and Quinn and ensuring that the company can serve its clients to the best of its ability.
Prior to this role, Andre served as the Operations and Finance Assistant, supporting the firm’s financial operations through assistance with payroll administration, contract review & management, client invoicing, financial reporting, and LDA filing.
Andre also served as the Operations and Human Resources Assistant, supporting the Managing Director of Human Resources with managing recruitment efforts, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other general HR functions.
In 2023, Andre received his B.A. in Politics with a concentration in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
