We provided SWOT analysis services to a university in Virginia to help enhance its ability to pursue and receive funded grants. Results from the analysis provide a roadmap to an institution on how to develop and enhance its internal policies, procedures and protocols for grant management. In addition, we assisted the institution in creating a transparent and supportive grants office that allows for more faculty and staff to be engaged in the development of fundable proposals.
