Tori Foster serves as a Managing Director at McAllister & Quinn, managing clients in the Nonprofit and Higher Education practice areas. Working strategically with diverse clientele, Tori helps identify, apply for, and secure millions of dollars in federal funding for projects aligned to their key programs and initiatives. She has developed expertise across agencies and specializes in providing clients with grants prospecting and research, strategic planning, proposal development and management, and legislative analyses to support their goals. Additionally, Tori supports the business development efforts of the Nonprofit practice.

Prior to her current role, Tori served as a Research Analyst and Nonprofit Fellow within the firm. Before joining McAllister & Quinn, Tori interned for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She gained experience in labor disputes and Federal mediation processes in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit. She also interned with the Bank of America Student Leaders’ program, where she collaborated with local nonprofits to create a county-wide youth engagement program.

Tori is a graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Political Science and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies.
