Michelle L. Fellows is the Managing Director of Business Development at McAllister & Quinn. Michelle’s contributions have helped McAllister & Quinn to find new and innovative ways to increase brand awareness and firm revenue. Her direction has drawn many new clients to engage with McAllister & Quinn in order to increase their external grant funding and strategy. Previously, Michelle served as the Business Development Director for the firm.

As the Managing Director of Business Development, Michelle works closely with firm vice presidents and partners to develop and implement the company’s aggressive and strategic business development goals. Michelle’s responsibilities include generating firm marketing and business development materials, managing the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) and overseeing the lead generation process. Michelle also provides project management assistance when responding to request for proposals (RFPs), ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and quality.

Michelle brings to her role many years of experience in business development. Before joining McAllister & Quinn, Michelle was a Property Manager at WeWork, a real estate and technology company, where she managed the sales, hospitality, operations, and personnel management of the corporate building. Prior to her work at WeWork, she served as Project Manager at The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) a lobbying group that advocates pro-Israel policies to Congress and the Executive Branch of the United States. As Project Manager at AIPAC, Michelle created and executed development plans aimed at growing AIPAC’s revenue through fundraising events, solicitations, donor cultivation and personal relationships.

Michelle also has foundation and association experience. Michelle interned for the Restaurant and Business Alliance, a Massachusetts- based trade association that provides restaurant and business owners with a strong voice in government and media, there Michelle gained experience in local politics and government affairs. She also interned with The Harold Grinspoon Foundation where she learned about the foundation’s philanthropic giving and grant programs.

Michelle has lived in Washington, DC since 2014 and is a Washington, DC commissioned Notary Public. Michelle is a native of Boston, MA and holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Union College in Schenectady, NY.
