Mallory Findlay

Managing Director of Grants and Federal Affairs

Mallory Findlay is a Managing Director of Grants and Federal Affairs in the Higher Education Practice at McAllister & Quinn. She partners with college and university leaders to design and execute grant strategies that align institutional priorities with competitive federal, foundation, and state funding opportunities.

Since joining the firm, Mallory has helped clients secure a wide range of awards supporting student scholarships, academic and research programs, faculty development, study-abroad and experiential learning, institutional capacity-building, and student success initiatives. Her work spans major federal agencies, national foundations, and state funding programs, as well as M&Q capacity-building services and government relations work.

Mallory holds a B.A. in English from Emory University and an M.A. in English from Georgetown University. She lives in Washington, D.C.
