In her work as a Project Manager, Kristen Pratt works directly with the Directors and Managing Directors in the Advanced Technology practice. She brings her project management expertise to complex grant proposals to assist in securing funding for clients. Kristen also conducts research on federal and grant opportunities to support client initiatives. Throughout her career, she has worked with high-profile clients, policy makers and content creators to craft messaging, engage media and influence policy. Kristen also brings deep passion for and knowledge of child welfare policy and advocacy. She is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Arts in special education with an option in educational therapy from Cal State University, Northridge.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Kristen served as a project manager for a non-profit devoted to foster care and child welfare. She received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Service to the Community, from Congressman Brad Sherman for her exemplary work to support California’s most vulnerable youth.
