Dr. Kimberly Rogers is a Project Manager at McAllister & Quinn. Leveraging over a decade of experience in leading diverse multisector teams, Kimberly specializes in assisting clients with concept innovation, partnership establishment, and complex grant development. . Before working with McAllister & Quinn, Dr. Rogers was a Research Scientist at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research at the University of Colorado. As Principal Investigator and lead grant writer, Dr. Rogers secured millions of dollars in federal funding from highly competitive, interdisciplinary programs such as NSF’s Dynamics of Integrated Socio-Environmental Systems (DISES) and the International Ocean Discovery Program. She has served as a consultant to global institutions such as the World Bank and USAID, providing expert guidance on coastal sustainability and engineered river management, and has worked in the upstream research labs of several multinational energy companies.
Dr. Rogers also worked as a consultant in the firm’s Grants Network prior to joining the Advanced Technology Practice. Her consultancy specialization included crafting inclusive and equitable workforce development plans in collaboration with technology companies and their community partners. Her programmatic experience includes DOE, NASA, NSF, NTIA, NIH, ARPA-H, U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Coastal Research Program, U.S. National Park Service, and NOAA Sea Grant.
