Julie Quinn

Julie serves as a Project Manager at McAllister & Quinn. Julie brings a wealth of experience working with research universities, hospital systems and private sector clients across the country. She has managed projects for many Federal agencies, including the Economic Development Administration (EDA), National Science Foundation (NSF), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Defense (DOD), and Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Julie excels at managing large multi-disciplinary teams and collaborations in high pressure situations.

Julie earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her master of public policy from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs. She was a Hoover Fellow at Stanford University and she is a Certified Mediator with Mediators Beyond Borders.
