Jessica Buttes is a Director of Grants and Federal Affairs for the firm’s Higher Education Practice. In this role, she supports small to mid-sized higher education clients to identify and secure federal and foundation grants and awards. She partners with clients from concept inception to grant submission, guiding them through the entire grant process.
Prior to McAllister & Quinn, Jessica worked at the University of Saint Francis as the Director of Foundation Relations/Grant Writer, supporting both pre- and post-award efforts. She has secured over $17M in funding from federal, foundation, and state sources, such as the Department of Education, Department of Justice, Health Resources Services Administration, Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, National Endowment for the Arts, Economic Development Administration, and Lilly Endowment. Jessica brings over a decade of experience in Development roles.
