Aashka Shroff serves as a Research Analyst for the firm’s Higher Education Practice. In this role, she helps to advance client priorities through research and policy analysis. She works with managing directors and clients to strategically identify suitable Federal and foundation opportunities for clients to pursue.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Aashka served as an intern with the Office of the Provost’s Strategy and Policy Team, where she worked on institutional policy and accreditation efforts. She also served as an intern with HAND ERC, an NSF funded engineering research center, where she supported the center’s administrative and communications platforms.
Aashka has an M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University, where she graduated magna cum laude. In her time as a master’s student, Aashka also researched how R1 institutional funding mechanisms address federal funding deficiencies and analyzing how funding sources affect institutional research missions. Before her master’s, Aashka received her B.A. in Government and Humanities Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, with minors in Rhetoric and Writing and Asian American Studies.
