Drawing on a distinguished military career and extensive industry experience, he brings a unique combination of operational credibility and business acumen to help clients navigate the complex defense marketplace and position themselves for sustained growth. Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Andrew has served 16 years in the military, with 13 years on active duty as an F/A-18 Weapons System Officer, accumulating over 1,300 flight hours and supporting multiple combat operations and deployments. Following his active duty service, he held business development, program management, and portfolio management roles across a range of large and small businesses, where he led the successful capture of multiple SBIR Phase I and Phase III contracts, supported the creation of a $100 million strategic contract sourcing vehicle, and contributed to the capture of multiple multi-million dollar sole source contract negotiations that enabled critical strategic growth opportunities. He continues to serve his country as a member of the New Hampshire Air National Guard, currently supporting the KC-46 Test Force. |
