Jenna Reilly serves as a Research Analyst, RUP Core for the firm’s Research Universities Practice at McAllister & Quinn. In this role, she partners with directors and managing directors to provide research and analytical support to the firm’s university clients. She identifies and evaluates federal funding opportunities and helps develop research-driven deliverables that support client engagement and funding strategies.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Jenna gained research and analytical experience supporting public health and policy initiatives across academic and healthcare settings. She completed a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Evaluation Internship at Yale New Haven Health Systems, where she designed data collection tools, conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesized findings into evidence-based recommendations, and co-authored the 2025 CHNA Evaluation Report. She also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Sacred Heart University while pursuing a Master of Public Health, where she managed datasets, developed data visualization tools, and supported stakeholder engagement for program evaluation and policy analysis.
While an undergraduate at Virginia Tech, she served as a Research Assistant, contributing to survey design, conducting data analysis, and supporting policy research for regional health behavior studies. She also completed a Public Health Policy Practicum with the Virginia Department of Health, where she coordinated meetings with health officials, conducted legislative research, and drafted health policy briefs to support program evaluation and decision-making.
Jenna earned a B.S. in Public Health with a minor in Health Communications from Virginia Tech and a Master of Public Health from Sacred Heart University.Research Analyst, RUP Core
