Nick Kalathas serves as a Research Analyst for the firm’s Research University Practice. In this role, Nick provides research and analytical support to the firm’s R-1 and R-2 university clients. He works with managing directors and clients to strategically identify suitable Federal and foundation opportunities for clients to pursue. He also analyzes and develops reports on Federal legislation relevant to institutions of higher education.
Before joining McAllister & Quinn as a Research Analyst, he held an internship working for the Research University Practice Core Team where he assisted the team in tracking funding opportunities and performing research on relevant Federal funding programs and Federal agencies.
Nick holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American Universities School of Public Affairs. He received his B.S. in Political Science from Towson University.
