Natasha Gorski serves as a Director in the firm’s Advanced Technology Practice, where she focuses on providing technical, process, and strategic advice to clients that seek to enhance their research and product development efforts through new collaborations and funding. With degrees in Materials Science and Engineering (B.S. and M.S.) and Biomedical Engineering (B.S.), as well as extensive experience in research and project management, Natasha is an asset when working with clients across the advanced technology space.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Natasha served as a Proposal Manager in the BioDiscovery Institute at the University of North Texas. In this role, she worked with faculty performing bioproduct research to craft competitive funding proposals and form new research collaborations. Additionally, Natasha spent five years in a variety of technical and operational roles at a biotechnology startup, Interphase Materials. She helped secure and performed the company’s first federally funded research projects, then established project management processes to operate those as well as future projects. Natasha later managed the research portfolio at the company and implemented Agile techniques to improve the team’s communication and efficiency.
