Natasha Gorski serves as a Managing Director in McAllister & Quinn’s rapidly expanding Advanced Technology Practice and leads the practice’s core team. In this role, she manages practice operations, contributes to strategic planning and business development, and implements the practice’s strategic plan to develop the team and achieve new initiatives. Natasha also leads collaborations across the company to support capacity building and team cohesion. Before this role, she led proposal development and strategically advised clients at McAllister & Quinn as a Director in the Advanced Technology Practice.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Natasha served as a Proposal Manager in the BioDiscovery Institute at the University of North Texas. In this role, she worked with faculty performing bioproduct research to craft competitive funding proposals and form new research collaborations. Additionally, Natasha acted in a variety of technical and operational roles at a biotechnology startup, Interphase Materials. She helped secure and performed the company’s first federally funded research projects, then established project management processes to operate those as well as future projects. Natasha later managed the research portfolio of the company and implemented Agile techniques to improve the team’s communication and efficiency.
Natasha earned an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering, a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2019 and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2021.
