As Human Resources Administrator and Office Administrator of McAllister & Quinn, Katie is responsible for oversight and management of the human resources function. She provides support for leaders in employee relations, regulatory compliance, and professional development. Katie works with executive leadership to design and implement HR policies and initiatives. Additionally, she manages facilities and daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly. In 2019, Katie was credentialed through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a SHRM Certified Professional.

Prior to being named Office Administrator, Katie was Director of Federal Affairs. In that role, Katie provided government relations and administrative support to the firm’s healthcare, higher education, nonprofit and association clients.

Before joining McAllister & Quinn, Katie was a Stewardship Coordinator at the World Food Program USA (WFPUSA). WFPUSA is a nonprofit dedicated to building support for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).

Katie received her B.A. in religious studies with a minor in bioethics from the University of Virginia. A mother of two rambunctious girls, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
