Kai Toppa 

Kai serves as a Business Development Analyst for McAllister & Quinn’s Higher Education Practice. In this role, Kai assists in developing and executing strategies to support the Practice’s clients. He is a University of Maryland (UMD) alum where he studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Science and Technology Studies. He was the first student from UMD to intern for the Central Japan Railway Company in Tokyo and Northeast Maglev in Baltimore, where he became familiar with growing efforts to bring Japanese high-speed rail to the United States. He has previously lived in Japan, Boston, Philly, and Baltimore. He currently lives in the DMV and likes cooking, traveling, and photography.
