Col. Mike DeYoung Joins McAllister & Quinn

McAllister & Quinn is pleased to announce that Colonel Mike DeYoung (U.S. Army, Retired), a former U.S. Army Liaison to both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, joined McAllister & Quinn as a Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Defense & Homeland Security Practice.

Col. DeYoung will provide clients with strategy development, business intelligence, government relations and legislative affairs support. He joins a growing team of McAllister & Quinn consultants focused on the national security and advanced technology sectors.

Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Col. DeYoung was a Vice President and Senior Advisor at Strategic Marketing Innovations. Before that he served as the Army’s Chief Liaison to the U.S. House of Representatives (2002—2006) representing the Secretary of the Army and other senior leaders to Congress across a broad spectrum of issues ranging from Supplemental funding to the latest Soldier support issues and played a key role in developing strategic communications campaign plans for how the Army should engage Congress. Mike has worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where he facilitated the interagency process, held command positions overseas, and worked as a fellow in the United States Senate.
