Becoming a Resource to DOD/DOS/DHS

A small start-up telecom company approached McAllister & Quinn to help position them as a resource for the Department of Defense, the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security.  This business needed help expanding and targeting its capabilities in the radio frequency (RF) management market as well as testing its technology.

Result: A Partnership and a Pilot Program

With McAllister & Quinn’s’ expertise and extensive network of relationships, we built partnerships with major contractors in these respective departments.  At the same time, we developed a strategy regarding new technologies working with Congress and senior political appointees to develop a pilot project to showcase our client.  This pilot allowed our client to market their technology and have the government pay for and approve their proof-of-concept
