Casey works closely with technology researchers, manufacturers, and academic stakeholders as a part of both McAllister & Quinn’s Advanced Technology, Defense, and Higher Education Practices. In this capacity, Casey provides project management and research support to clients seeking to translate their technical expertise into federal funding supporting projects and contracts in research, procurement, and economic development. Casey also plays a role in organizing and coordinating appropriations projects, with a special emphasis on concepts centered on defense-oriented research and development. Since joining the firm in 2019, Casey has been involved in projects collectively totaling over $80,000,000 in federal funding.
Casey graduated from the College at Brockport, a flagship liberal arts college in the State University of New York system, in 2018 with degrees in History and Political Science. At Brockport, Casey was also employed as a Tutor, Teaching Assistant, and Economic Opportunity Program (EOP) Coordinator. Casey also participated in several international conferences, where he presented research on energy security and European political institutions at conferences in Washington, DC and Brussels, Belgium.
