Danielle Melton serves as Research Analyst in the Higher Education practice at McAllister & Quinn. In this role, she provides research and analytical support to the firm’s higher education team and its clients. In particular, Danielle analyzes client strengths and needs to strategically identify appropriate federal and foundation funding opportunities.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Danielle was a member of the research team at the American Academy of Physician Assistants, where she assisted in coordinating small and large research studies about characteristics of PA leaders, PA flexibility, and gender compensation disparities. Danielle has also served as a researcher at the Center for the Study of Learning and Performance, focusing on improving education at elementary, secondary and post-secondary public institutions. Additionally, Danielle has served as Senior Research Associate at Clemson University where she examined key factors in the workplace that that contribute to work-related outcomes.
Danielle is currently pursuing an M.A. in Organizational Science from George Washington University. She obtained an MBA from Brenau University and graduated cum laude from Clemson University with a B.S. in Psychology and Education.
