(Washington, DC) – Darci Eswein comes to McAllister & Quinn from the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). She will serve as Managing Director in the Healthcare Practice, where she will assist clients in identifying and obtaining funding through federal research and project grants, contracts, and other procurement vehicles.
Eswein brings 10 years of experience in project management and policy implementation to her new role, including a seven year tenure at HRSA, where she worked on various priority programs including the Children’s Health Insurance Plan Reauthorization Act of 2009 and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. She also managed and supported external partners’ efforts to access HRSA and provide affordable healthcare to underserved populations.

Eswein received her M.P.H. from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
