$10 Million in Cardiac Care Grant

The McAllister & Quinn Health team helped a medical center client obtain a $10 million federal grant to clarify certain mechanisms of a prevalent type of heart failure and evaluate the ability of a cellular regenerative therapy approach to target those pathways. The Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program, funded through the Department of Defense, has an underlying goal of enhancing the health and well-being of military service personnel, the Veteran population, and their families. We supported our client’s interdisciplinary, multi-institutional team to increase their effectiveness and preparation of the grant proposal – including writing, editing and compliance review.
