Darci Granda serves as a Managing Director at McAllister & Quinn, where she helps clients to identify and obtain funding through federal research and project grants, contracts, and other procurement vehicles. Darci has 10 years of experience in project management and policy implementation with both private and public sector partners.
Prior to joining McAllister & Quinn, Darci spent seven years at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). At HRSA, Darci worked on various priority programs including the Children’s Health Insurance Plan Reauthorization Act of 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Additionally, Darci managed and provided technical support to external partners in their efforts to access HRSA and provide affordable healthcare to underserved communities and individuals.
Before joining HRSA, Darci received her M.P.H. from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Darci served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Macedonia from 2004-2006.
